Rick Chambers
President
My wife and I moved to Carriage Estates in 2017. My wife grew up in Carriage Estates and graduated from Perry Meridian High School. We live in the same house her parents built back in the early 1960's. Our 3 adult children have wonderful childhood memories from their visits to their grandparent's house in Carriage Estates as it was a great place for kids to be. They especially loved the Halloween season. We love living in Carriage Estates and want to make our neighborhood a beautiful place for families & neighbors as well as a safe place to live.

Annette Hartzelle
Vice President
I am married with three children, two grandkids, four dachshunds and one grand dog dachshund. Our family has lived in Carriage Estaes for 24 years and our children went to Douglas McArthur and Perry Middle School and High school.
My tenure on the Carriage Estates Board has been approximately 10 years starting out as Treasurer and currently Vice President.

My wife son and family moved to Carriage Estates in 1989. Our son was 5 and grew up playing in the neighborhood and met two boys he is still friends with today. We've seen many changes in the Southside but Carriage Estates remains a peaceful respite from all the growth around us. We are happy to call this area home and enjoy meeting new neighbors. Myself, as well as the rest of the Board want to continue to make this a welcoming neighborhood and bring back some of the old traditions such as the luminaries and annual picnic.
Joyce Blake
Secretary
In 2008 The Blake Family made Carriage Estates their home. Having graduated from Perry Meridian High School, she has fond memories of friends who lived in Carriage Estates “in the early days” of the neighborhood. Joyce moved to Colorado to attend university and ski. She and her family enjoy backpacking, biking, exploring, music, reading and learning. She has been a block captain since 2009 and has served on the CENA Board since 2014.

Marge MCConnell
Block Captain
I am married with two married daughters. Our family has lived in Carriage Estates for more than 35 years. I have served on the CENA Board as a Block Captain Coordinator for 30 years.
